Refund Policy

All purchases of Showvella paid plans are processed through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
1. Refunds for Billing or Delivery Issues
Refunds are only available in the case of:
- Billing errors (e.g., double charges)
- Failure to deliver the service as purchased
Refund requests must be submitted through Paddle within 14 days of purchase. Paddle will review and process all valid requests in accordance with applicable law.
2. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted to Paddle via the link provided in the purchase confirmation email or through paddle.net. Showvella does not directly issue refunds.
3. Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund — refunds must be requested through Paddle in the case of valid billing or delivery issues.
