We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

We share data with third-party vendors who help us operate the Service:

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request (such as a subpoena or court order), or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others. We may also disclose information where necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, violations of our Terms of Service, or threats to the safety of our users or others.
d. Business Transfers
If Leighanne Lee LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4. User-Submitted Third-Party Data & Exported Files
a. Data You Enter About Others
In many cases, Showvella acts as a data processor for information users choose to store in the Service — such as event contacts, technical riders, venue staff names, phone numbers, and production details. This information may relate to individuals who are not themselves users of Showvella. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and share this information within the platform, and for handling it in accordance with any applicable privacy laws.
b. Exported Files
The Service allows you to export stage plots and technical riders as PDF, PNG, or SVG files. These exported files may contain personal or technical information you have entered, including contact names, phone numbers, and email addresses. You are responsible for how you distribute, store, and share files exported from the Service.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or compliance purposes.
6. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- Password hashing using bcryptjs
- JWT-based session management
- Role-based access control at both the system and organization level
- API rate limiting and input validation
- Security headers on all API responses
- Multi-tenant data isolation
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies and Tracking
Showvella uses session tokens and cookies to manage authentication and maintain your logged-in state. These are necessary for the Service to function. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We may use internal analytics or privacy-focused analytics tools to understand how the Service is used; if we do, we will update this policy accordingly.
